Terms of Service
These terms set clear expectations for purchasing and receiving a personalized MysticX report.

MysticX provides personalized written reports designed for reflection, education, and self-understanding. Reports may draw on the question, context, and optional photographs you provide. They are not fortune-telling and do not promise a fixed outcome.
Not professional advice
MysticX reports are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, employment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your choices and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when a decision requires one.
Orders and intake
You must provide a valid email address at checkout. Within 24 hours of payment, MysticX will send intake instructions. You are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful materials and for confirming that you have permission to submit them.
Delivery
Delivery time begins after MysticX receives all required materials: 3 business days for the Focused Insight Snapshot, 5 business days for the Personal Pattern Report, and 7 business days for the Life Direction Report. We will contact you if clarification or additional time is reasonably required.
Personal use
Your finished report is licensed to you for private, personal, non-commercial use. MysticX retains ownership of its underlying methods, writing frameworks, visual systems, and brand materials.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to harm, harass, impersonate, investigate, or make decisions about another person without their knowledge and appropriate permission. MysticX may decline or cancel requests that are unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, or outside the service scope.
Refunds and changes
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the MysticX Refund & Cancellation Policy. If a term is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply.
