Your questions, context, and submitted materials are personal. This policy explains what MysticX collects, why we use it, and how we protect it.

We may collect your name, email address, order information, questions, written context, optional hand photographs, and messages you send to us. Payments are processed by Stripe; MysticX does not receive or store your full card number.
How we use information
We use your information to confirm your order, request the materials needed for your chosen report, prepare and deliver your personalized report, provide customer support, prevent misuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Submitted materials
Your questions, photographs, context, and completed reports are treated as private service materials. We do not publish, sell, or use them as promotional content without your separate, explicit permission.
Service providers and disclosure
We share information only when needed to operate the service—for example, with payment, email, hosting, or storage providers—or when required by law. These providers process information under their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and deletion
We retain order and payment records as required for business, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Personalized materials are retained only as reasonably necessary to deliver and support your report. You may request deletion of materials that are not required to be retained by law.
Your choices
You may choose how much personal context to share. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information by using the contact method on your Stripe receipt or replying to your MysticX intake email.

MysticX services are intended for adults aged 18 or older. We may update this policy as our service evolves; the date above identifies the current version.
